Kimchi Hummus
Kimchi hummus brings together a satisfying creamy texture with the tanginess of kimchi.
Instructions
- Reserve 1/4 cup liquid, rinse and drain 2 cans chickpeas.
- Place chickpeas and reserved liquid in a food processor.
- Add 2 tbsp + 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp tahini(well stirred), 2 garlic cloves, chopped, and 1 teaspoons coarse salt.
- Add 3/4 cup kimchi-or adjust to taste.
- Process until smooth.
